Our Practice
At Dr. Guarino's Office, we are dedicated to providing excellent dental care in a beautiful environment, free of judgement and stress. Our practice is designed for your optimal care and dental wellbeing.
Dr. Guarino moved to Boston in 1955 after immigrating from Argentina, and from Italy to Buenos Aires 1948. Dr. Guarino is a proud American citizen who loves caring for his patients and improving their ability to eat, smile and enjoy better health and comfort.
Outside of the office, Dr. Guarino loves to garden, explore woodworking and carpentry, and spend time with his family and his granddaughter, Chiara.
Dr. Guarino teaches Department of Restorative and Biomaterials Sciences at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and is an involved citizen in the vibrant Boston community of West Roxbury.

Because many of our patients are busy and would prefer to have their dental work performed in fewer visits, we offer our patients list of amenities from which you may to choose for those longer visits with us. Of course, these offerings are available for shorter visits upon advance request.
